Last updated: June 26, 2026

This Privacy Policy describes how YT PROMO LLC ("YTPromo", "we", "us", or "our"), a Delaware limited liability company with its principal office at 8 The Green, Suite A, Dover, DE, 19901, USA, collects, uses, discloses, and protects information when you visit www.ytpromo.org (the "Site") or use our consulting, reporting, and advertising-management services (the "Services").

1. Information We Collect

We collect the following categories of information:

  • Account & contact data you provide directly: name, business name, email address, phone number, billing details, and any information submitted through forms or email.
  • YouTube channel data accessed through the official YouTube API Services with your explicit OAuth authorization, including channel metadata, public statistics, view counts, watch time, audience demographics, traffic sources, retention curves, and monetary earnings reported by YouTube.
  • Advertising data from Google Ads accounts you connect, including campaign structure, spend, impressions, clicks, conversions, and creative assets.
  • Usage & technical data collected automatically when you visit the Site: IP address, browser type, device identifiers, referring URL, pages viewed, and timestamps.
  • Communications you exchange with us by email, chat, or video call.

2. YouTube API Services

YTPromo uses the YouTube API Services to access read-only data from channels that explicitly grant access through Google OAuth. By authorizing YTPromo, you acknowledge and agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service and the Google Privacy Policy.

You may revoke YTPromo's access to your Google account at any time via the Google security settings page. Revocation immediately halts new data collection; previously collected analytics may persist in your private reporting workspace until you request deletion under Section 8.

YTPromo's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

3. How We Use Information

We use the information described above to:

  • Provide, maintain, and improve the Services contracted by the customer.
  • Generate performance dashboards, revenue summaries, growth recommendations, and ad-campaign reports.
  • Operate and optimize Google Ads campaigns on your behalf.
  • Communicate with you about your account, billing, deliverables, and support.
  • Comply with legal obligations, enforce our Terms of Service, and prevent fraud or abuse.

4. Legal Bases for Processing

Where the EU/UK General Data Protection Regulation applies, we process personal data on the bases of (a) performance of a contract with you, (b) your consent (including OAuth authorization), (c) our legitimate interests in operating and improving the Services, and (d) compliance with legal obligations.

5. What We Never Do

  • We do not sell or rent your personal data or channel data to any third party.
  • We do not share your data outside our service team without your written permission.
  • We do not use your data to train, develop, or improve any generalized machine-learning model.
  • We do not post, comment, publish, or modify content on your YouTube channel.
  • We do not use your data for advertising targeting beyond the campaigns we run for you.

6. Service Providers and Subprocessors

We use the following categories of vetted subprocessors strictly to deliver the Services:

  • Google LLC — YouTube Data API, YouTube Analytics API, Google Ads API, Google Sheets.
  • Workflow automation (n8n) — orchestrating scheduled data pulls inside a private, access-controlled environment.
  • Cloud hosting and storage — providers used to host the Site and store report artifacts.
  • Email and communications — services used to correspond with customers.

Each subprocessor is bound by confidentiality and data-protection obligations consistent with this Policy.

7. Data Retention

We retain customer account information for the duration of the engagement and for a reasonable period thereafter to comply with tax, accounting, and legal obligations. YouTube analytics and revenue data are retained only as long as needed to deliver the reports you have contracted, after which they are deleted or anonymized. You may request earlier deletion at any time.

8. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to access, correct, port, restrict, or delete personal data we hold about you, and to withdraw consent or object to certain processing. To exercise these rights, contact us at info@ytpromo.org. We will respond within the timeframes required by applicable law.

California residents have specific rights under the CCPA/CPRA, including the right to know, the right to delete, the right to correct, and the right to opt out of "sales" or "sharing" of personal information. YTPromo does not sell personal information.

9. International Transfers

YTPromo is based in the United States. If you access the Services from outside the U.S., your information will be transferred to and processed in the United States and in any country where our subprocessors operate. Where required, we rely on appropriate transfer safeguards such as the Standard Contractual Clauses.

10. Security

We implement administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. These include OAuth-scoped access, role-based permissions, encryption in transit (TLS), encrypted storage, audit logging, and least-privilege workflow execution. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

11. Cookies

The Site uses a minimal set of cookies and similar technologies for basic functionality and aggregated analytics. You may disable cookies through your browser settings; some areas of the Site may not function correctly as a result.

12. Children's Privacy

The Services are not directed to individuals under the age of 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so we can delete it.
